1. Software & Web Solutions
Eligibility:
- Request must be made within 5 days of purchase
- License key or hosted access must not be activated or fully delivered
- Product must not be misused or in violation of our Terms of Use

- Include: Order ID, product/service name, reason for refund
- Processing Time: 7–21 business days
2. Services (Development, IoT Setup, Consulting)
Refunds for service‑based offerings are reviewed case‑by‑case based on:
- Work completed till date
- Complexity of the service
- Cause of dissatisfaction

3. Non‑Refundable Items
- Services completed or delivered in full
- Server costs, domain purchases, or third‑party API fees
