1. Software & Web Solutions

Eligibility:

  • Request must be made within 5 days of purchase
  • License key or hosted access must not be activated or fully delivered
  • Product must not be misused or in violation of our Terms of Use

How to Request:

  • Include: Order ID, product/service name, reason for refund
  • Processing Time: 7–21 business days

2. Services (Development, IoT Setup, Consulting)

Refunds for service‑based offerings are reviewed case‑by‑case based on:

  • Work completed till date
  • Complexity of the service
  • Cause of dissatisfaction

3. Non‑Refundable Items

  • Services completed or delivered in full
  • Server costs, domain purchases, or third‑party API fees
  • Discounted packages, special offers, or promotional licenses
